Warranty
Phantom 12-Month Warranty
All brand new Phantom products come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects for the original owner. This warranty is automatically registered when you purchase and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that this warranty applies only to the initial purchaser.
Orders that are fully refunded due to disputes will no longer be eligible for any Phantom services.
Warranty Coverage
Phantom offers an extensive warranty for quality-related defects on items sold directly by Phantom or through authorized resellers. For purchases made through Phantom's authorized distributors and retailers, such as BestBuy, Walmart, and Amazon (when fulfilled by Phantom), quality-related warranty claims are also managed by Phantom (when fulfilled by Phantom).
Batteries
Battery capacity may naturally decrease over time and is not covered under warranty. Warranty service will not be provided for damage caused by misuse. However, if the damage is not due to human error, warranty service will be honored.
Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or human error. Service will be provided only if the damage is not attributable to human actions. Please note that failure to follow our Safety Precautions and Guidelines for product usage may void the warranty.
Limited Warranty Exclusions
In addition to the exclusions mentioned above, the Phantom warranty does not cover damages or losses resulting from theft, vandalism, or water damage. This includes any product that has been submerged in water, exposed to excessive moisture, or damaged as a result of neglecting water safety precautions. Any claims related to these issues will not be eligible for warranty service. Additionally, any intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, or alterations to the product will void the warranty.
Claims Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact Phantom at cs@phantomgogo.com. Include proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number) along with photos or videos of the damaged product. We recommend reaching out to us before submitting a claim, as there may be a simple fix for your issue. Valid warranty claims will be processed by Phantom within 1 year of the
original purchase. Parts will not be replaced without photographic or video evidence of the damage.
Orders Beyond the One-Year Warranty Period
If you have purchased extended warranty coverage, please contact the extended warranty provider for assistance. For those without extended coverage, contact us for advice on resolving the issue. Any necessary accessories will need to be purchased at the customer's expense.
Shipping Damage Claims
In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at cs@phantomgogo.com and provide photo or video evidence.
NOTICE: Shipping damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Repair Service
Phantom provides free replacement parts for repairs. Free accessories will not be included in replacements or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.
Limitation of Damages
Except where prohibited by law, Phantom shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from any breach of warranty or other legal theory, even if Phantom has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
